DAYS ACTIVITIES
Day 01: Flight Kathmandu-Paro.
Upon arrival transfer to the hotel. Rest of the day free.
Day 02: Sightseeing in Paro.
In the morning, drive to Drugyel & on the way back visit a typical Bhutanese farmhouse and a sightseeing trip to Paro Bazaar.
Day 03: Sightseeing Paro & drive to Thimpu.
A short drive to Satsam Chorten followed by a two hrs trek to Taktsang Tea House, from this point one has the best close-up view of the Monastery. Lunch at the tea house and return walk to Satsam Chorten for a drive to Thimpu.
Day 04: Sightseeing in Thimpu.
Sightseeing of Memorial Chorten, National Library, Handicrafts Emporium and Tashichho Dzong.
Day 05: Drive to Punakha.
A 3 hrs drive to Punakha across the Dochula Pass. On the way light refreshment will be served at the Dochula cafe. Lunch at Khuru Camp.
Day 06: Sightseeing in Punakha.
In the morning, visit a typical farm house where traditional buttered tea "Zaw" (puffed rice) will be served. Visit Wangdi Phodrang Dzong and return to Khuru Camp.
Day 07: Drive to Paro via Dochula.
Day 08: Departure from Paro. Arrival in Kathmandu. Transfer to the Hotel.
